Refund policy

All sales are final. Returns are accepted only for defective products and are subject to the Dactek Warranty Policy in Section 21 of our Terms of Service.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received and in its original packaging. You will need your order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@dactekstore.com. If your return is approved, we will provide a return address and shipping instructions. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is covered under our Warranty Policy. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Defects and Damages

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at support@dactekstore.com within 30 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Ink pads, towelettes, and other consumable supplies that have been opened or partially used cannot be returned. Custom-printed cards and forms cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

If you need a different item, contact us to initiate a return. Once the return is approved, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
