All orders are processed and shipped within one to three business days. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process and are not guaranteed.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@dactekstore.com with your order number.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@dactekstore.com within 30 days of the shipping confirmation date. Please include your order number and photos of any damage. Dactek will file a carrier claim and, at its sole discretion, either reship the order or issue a refund.
International Shipping
All international orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place). Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are assessed by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are not collected by Dactek at the time of purchase.
Dactek has no control over customs delays, inspection holds, or the amount of duties assessed. Delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs processing.
If an international shipment is refused or returned to Dactek due to unpaid duties or taxes, the buyer will receive a refund for the product cost only. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
By placing an international order, the buyer acknowledges and accepts responsibility for all import-related charges.
